What the starting prices cover

The $199 plan covers basic monthly books and financial reports. The $399 plan adds payroll processing, sales tax/TPT filing and a quarterly check-in. Individual services and monthly plans are each quoted for the agreed workload, service frequency and responsibilities.

What determines your quote

Before engagement, confirm account count, transaction volume, employee count, payroll frequency and filing locations. The quote also identifies software subscriptions, per-employee charges and any setup work, including who pays each cost.

Specialized and historical work

Nonprofit reporting, property management trust reconciliation, multi-entity accounting and historical cleanup require a separate scope and quote. Cleanup begins with an assessment of missing records, affected periods and the proposed budget.

Prices are starting estimates. Before engagement, we confirm account count, transaction volume, employee count, reporting needs and sales tax/TPT filing frequency, along with scope and fees. Nonprofit, property management, trust accounting and complex cleanup work receive a custom quote.
